“Querido Emperador” is the second single of the third album of Laps Around The Sun “The Younger Dryas Cosmic Impact Hypothesis”. It narrates a letter written by the Chaman to the Chief of their tribe announcing the imminent arrival of the Clovis Comet which it has been postulated it fell upon the earth 12900 years ago. The chaman reminds the emperor his vision on the source of morality and establishes a public conversation about the relationship between the state, its citizens and the religious / spiritual institutions.
